Delete your Prodart360 account

You can request account deletion even if you cannot sign in or access the app.

Request deletion by email

Email support@prodart360.co.uk from your account email address with the subject Account deletion. Ask us to delete your Prodart360 account and associated personal data. Do not send passwords or sign-in codes.

We verify account ownership before acting. We aim to acknowledge requests within two business days and complete them within 30 days, subject to verification and any lawful retention requirement.

Delete your account in the app

  1. Open Settings → Cloud Sync.
  2. Choose Delete account.
  3. Read the warning, confirm and type DELETE when asked.
  4. Complete Google or Apple reauthentication if prompted.

Successful deletion signs you out. If deletion fails, follow the error instructions or contact support; do not assume the account was removed.

Data deleted and data retained

Deletion removes your sign-in account and account-owned cloud data, including your profile, profile photo, profile links, personal match history and account-owned cloud backups. An email request also covers personal customer records held by our subscription provider.

Shared league and tournament records, including player names and results, are not automatically removed or anonymised by in-app deletion. They remain with the competition, without a fixed automatic expiry. Contact support if you need personal details removed from these shared records.

A pseudonymous deletion marker is retained without a fixed expiry to prevent deleted account data being restored by a later sync. Support messages and records required by law may be retained for the period needed to resolve a support issue or meet the applicable legal requirement.

Subscriptions and local copies

Deleting an account does not cancel an Apple or Google Play subscription. Cancel it separately in your store subscription settings. Copies stored locally on your devices or previously exported files are not removed by cloud account deletion.

Account deletion is permanent. Save any records you need before requesting it.
